The experience the kids had with this orangutan was truly magical. The zoo was almost closing so we were the only ones at the exhibit. The orangutan came over to the glass and banged on the window to get the kids attention. He proceeded to do somersaults all along the window and then would stop and stare like he was doing here. He was totally "showing off" for them. This went on for several minutes and was just about the most exciting thing these kids had ever seen! :)

Wow, that is so cool about the orangutan...I'm sure your kids will always remember that. It's great you got to fit in that many activities plus a wedding while you were in San Diego, how fun for your family.
